Native California Stones will refund your purchase price, less original shipping charges, upon safe return of the stone(s) in original condition within 15 days.
- All refunds are processed within two weeks from the date when the stone was received back. If it is a result of damage on arrival, refund may be delayed based on insurance claims.
- If your stone arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve everything at your convenience. DOA (Damage On Arrival) must be reported within one business day from the delivery date, no exceptions.
- All returned items must be sent back in original packaging accompanied by packing slip.
